I am just getting started into brewing beer, but mead seems very intriguing. The folks on this site appear to agree that Palmer's How to Brew is like a bible for homebrewing beer. Is there such a book for making mead? I am sorry if this has been covered here before, but I couldn't find it. Rather than ask a million questions, I thought I'd re-ask one.

Thanks :mug:

I picked that one up at the library about a month ago. Great book. I'll be buying my own copy when I come across one.

+10,000 on this.
I refer to it all the time. Ken Knows His Honey!

And he's a great guy! He explained to me how to add honey to a cherry wine that I have that is just too harsh. He spent alot of time with me explaining why this would help. He's passionate about mead, just as many of us are about beer.
