About a month ago I let some starter wort cool in my cellar over night. I've stepped it up twice and this pellicle formed over the past three days.

I would like to brew a turbid mash lambic and and pitch this. Should I pitch the whole thing? It's about two liters. Or cold crash, decant, and pitch?

Also, any idea what this is...brett, lacto?

Pitch the whole thing, I say. I'm guessing you have at least Brett and Lacto. I've never gotten bubbles like that with just Brett, only when Lacto is in the mix as well, but everyone's mileage is a little different I guess. You can never accurately diagnose a yeast / bacteria mixed just based on the pellicle.
