Fermentation stuck?

I recently brewed a double chocolate stout and my og was 1.057 and after 10 days it is down to 1.020...I pitched 1 packet of nottingham, should I pitch another or wait two weeks and see what happens???
 
7lbs extra pale lme
1lb chocolate
1lb 80 crystal
.5lb roasted barley

I then added 1lb lactose and 8oz cocoa powder at flame out
