Keg connections

I have a dual tap Summit kegerator that came with sanke keg taps. I want to be able to disconnect the CO2 and beer lines from the sanke fitting and connect it to the ball lock threaded connectors and back and forth without cutting the lines. Anyone ever done this? Or am I just wasting my time? It appears the sanke fitting are British #10 according to a fitting distributor locally (Parker), which is close to 7/8"-14UNC, but not quite. The ball lock connectors are 7/16"-20UNC from what I can tell. At help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have sanke and ordered quick connect kit from beverage factory. Just got then. Seems to work great. Was 15 bucks.
