Anyone ever done there own Malting I have 1500 lbs Organic 2 row and would like to malt it Glen

Well, I remember there being an article in BYO about it but I can't find it now.

Here is the reference, but they don't have it linked anymore.

Make Your Own Malt, Brew Your Own magazine (ISSN 1081826X), August 1997, pp. 32-36.

(the link WAS Brew Your Own: The How-To Homebrew Beer Magazine - Oops... we've rearranged a bit!)

I know people who've done some specialty malts soaking the grain in baking pans and drying in their clothes dryer (sewn up in a pillow case), but 1500 lbs seems a little much for that.

It is covered in "The Homebrewer's Garden" they have a whole chapter on it.
