Anyone else here have experience with this stuff?
I've used it on a few brews now and I have to day this stuff is amazing. I always use Whirfloc and most of the time my brews are clear, except when they are not supposed to be. However, when I must have perfect clarity, like budvars and pilseners, I always add some polyclar to the secondary and it's never cloudy, and no chill haze ever.
My reason for asking is that i'm considering using this on all my beers, since my Hen clone got hazy in the keg (it was crystal clear in the carboy ). Any thoughts?
Flame Away,
Matt
