OK folks, big brewing event next weekend at my place and I'm trying to figure out what to brew. I got 6oz of Bullion that I'm not 100% sure what to do with. I know they're good with stouts, but I'm not looking to do a stout. Dark English Ales came up in a search...

Anyone have experience with this hop?

Bullion can be used to bitter any UK ale style, bitter, porter, etc. You could also use them in American ales if you want a change of pace from C hops.

Yeah, ESB is possible...just kicked a keg of Laurelwood Elvis' Special Bitter I could replace...
Initial thoughts on doing a black IPA with Bullion?
