I have been asking around locally and haven't gotten much of a response. Where have people found used kegs for sale to convert into Keggles? I check craigslist every day and have found any yet.
Where does everyone find thier used kegs

kegs.com is one source. They sell keggles and all kinds of equipment. Hope this points u in the right direction. Cheers!

I walked around and found a house nearby that had AB 3 kegs sitting in the side of the yard. $100 later and they were in the back of my car.

Check with your local brewery.
I had one show up on my doorstep one day, shipped (at his cost and without telling me) by a fellow HBT member who had an extra. Legally procured, as well.
Sometimes, whining about "I can't find a keg ANYWHERE!" works!

Just throw a party and charge for cups. Free beer, and free keg shell
They are super expensive to ship. I was hoping for something local.
That's a stolen keg. The deposit you put down doesn't cover the actual cost of the keg.
+1. It seems to be cheaper for breweries to just buy new kegs than refurbish older ones. There may also be safety regulations for vessels with dings/dents. I called around and was able to literally get as many kegs as I needed for $40 a pop. Even got a sales receipt proving legal sale. Can't be very different in WA.
