Does anyone in the Boston area know where (if any) one can purchase some Pliny the Elder from Russian River or Ballast Point Big Eye IPA?

Russian River isn't distributed here so you won't be able to find the Pliny. Redstone Liquors in Stoneham had the Ballast Point Big Eye IPA, not sure if they still have any now but it's worth a visit because it's a great store.

My buddy is the guy who built the beer wall at the redstone store....great store...tell them Noonan sent you, you might get some free glassware

Yeah Sculpin should def be available but its verging on being a few months old at this point unless its the 12 ounce bottles. The hop characters on this one dont hold up real well unrefrigerated so buyer beware. As far as Russian River goes you may be SOL, but with that said there area a handful of bars in Philly that have Pliny on tap almost all the time. SOOO maybe Boston is the same
