Adding fruit

Do a search on these forums. There is lots of info and lots of different ways to do it. Adding to last few mins of boil, adding to secondary, adding to bottling bucket right before bottling. Im not sure what characteristics you get by each method. I'm sure that would depend on what type of fruit and if you are adding full fruits or just zest. Good luck in your quest.
I would add to the bottling bucket....you might trial in a small quantity so you don't over do it.
