So being up too early sometimes makes your mind go crazy and i just thought....
I spend most of my brew time trying to chill my wort to yeast-pitching temp. (i know, but i don't have a wort chiller or the money for one) and then i just thought...
Could it be possible to do your boil, and wait until, say, the next day to pitch your yeast while the wort is room temp, or would this be pandoras box of consequences?
just a thought...Thanks! :rockin:
