Ah, the joys of starting a new hobby

Well yesterday I brewed my Guiness knock off and it went well. Much better then my previous brew. Tech it was my 4th brew, but my first 2 "brews" were with a Mr Beer kit, so I dont count those.

But anyways, everyone knows that you learn something new everytime you brew, and this time I didnt make the same mistakes as last time, just new ones. :cross: Next time I'm going to brew, I'll have a set of towels I dont mind messing up and my counters wont get spilled on as much.

Sounds like you had a decent brew day. Yeah, old towels come in real handy. I always have 3-4 on hand, just in case.
