Sure: This is from the Book "Clone Brews" From Mark and Tess Szamatulski 10oz 10L Crystal Malt (Steep @ 150 / 15mins) Bring to boil: add 4# Mount Mellick Light Malt extract 2 oz Hallertau hops 2.7# Muntons extra Light DME At 15 mins add: 1/2 oz Hallertau hops 1/2 oz Czech Saaz 1tsp Irish Moss At 10 mind: 1/4 oz Hellertau Hops 1/4 oz Czech Saaz Cool to 60 F. Pitch Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager yeast (47-52deg)
