Just a snapshot of our neighborhood brew night
One Harp Clone, one Belgian Wit and an Irish Red Ale. Good night of beer / cider tasting and brewing.

Hey, could you post the recipe you use for the Harp clone?

Sure: This is from the Book "Clone Brews"
From Mark and Tess Szamatulski

10oz 10L Crystal Malt (Steep @ 150 / 15mins)

Bring to boil: add
4# Mount Mellick Light Malt extract
2 oz Hallertau hops
2.7# Muntons extra Light DME

At 15 mins add:
1/2 oz Hallertau hops
1/2 oz Czech Saaz
1tsp Irish Moss

At 10 mind:
1/4 oz Hellertau Hops
1/4 oz Czech Saaz

Cool to 60 F. Pitch
Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager yeast (47-52deg)

If I had it to do over I may have added the Mount Mellick later in the boil, maybe last 15mins. We'll see I think the color is off for Harp. Hope the taste is similar!!
