I'm making my first batch of cider this weekend. I'm using 5 gallons of unpasteurized and know that I need to add camden tablets 24 hours before brewing since i want to use brewer's yeast. My question is do I keep the cider refrigerated during this 24 hours with the Camden tablets or should it be left at room temperature. Thanks!

The campden tablets simply retard bacterial growth, allowing yeast a chance to dominate the sugars in your cider wort before anything else can. Cold temperatures will help slow down the bacteria, so sure, add the tablets and then refrigerate.
