Been lurking in these forums for a while, but now I'll finally be buying my first house and will have room to make the journey into homebrewing.

Thinking about making this my first brew. Anyone have experience with it? Anything they would add/change?
 
I'd like to know too, been thinking about using lemongrass and ginger, and maybe some kafir limes and chiles.
