I'm hunting for a good one and you don't see a lot of them out there. Maybe because we are so impatient.

I just took my first stab at a RIS. It's still in Primary, but here's the recipe anyway

1lb Roast Barley
1/2lb Chocolate Malt
1/2lb Special B
1lb 60L
2lbs Rye
14lbs Two Row

1 1/2 oz Nugget @ 60
1 oz Nugget @ 30
2 1/4 oz Crystal @ 10
2 1/4 oz Crystal @ 5

I did a 90 minute boil becaue I wanted to sparge with a little extra water than normal, which actually gave me really great efficiency. My target OG was 1.095, but I wound up getting 1.105, so i topped up with some water till I hit 1.095. I also kept the Roasted malts down than most RIS recipes I've seen, because I want the Rye to come through. We'll see,it's not tried and true yet but maybe it will help you a little:mug:
