I think it turned out good.
Its light and smooth.
10oz Pilsner Male
4oz Aromatic Malt
Steep for 20 minutes at 150degrees
60 minute boil
6lb dme lite
3oz Hallertau Hops
After 45 minutes 1oz Czech Saaz Hops
Irish Moss
1lb clover honey (steam in a bowl to make it liquid)
4 Preimum Green Tea bags in 1 qt water steeped for 12 minutes.
Pour green tea into honey so it pours into wart easily.
After 58 minutes
1oz Czech Saaz Hops
Yeast Kolsch.
In 2ndary fermentor chill for 2+ week at about 48 degrees and let age for 1 month after kegging or bottling.
