Having my first fort bend brewing beer. Their txthunder stout from the new growlers store around here.
My NHC entry for American Stout. I gotta be honest, roast and hops is a combo that I'm not used to, but it's growing on me.

Simtra triple IPA. If you see this, buy it. 11.25%alcohol, 131IBU. The aroma is awesome.

I dont wanna lie to you but if my memory is correct thats the Trippel with the Coriander in it so thats most likely the flavor you are talking about. Im not sure I would say banana but it is distinct as I recall.
