I'm brewing up an Amber soon, wrote the recipe myself, but its my first time using biscuit malt, its a little over 10% of the grain bill because I want it to stand out based on reading a few descriptions... but my question is, does anyone know any major craft beers that REALLY profile this malt well? (So I can put taste to the idea) :tank:

I just found this post and I have about the same question. I'm trying to compare my brews that include biscuit malt with commercially available beers to see how mine compares in flavor profile.

Anyone?

I'm a new brewer and have only done a few all grain batches but what about a New Belgium Fat Tire? I made one and thought it was pretty good.

Best example that I can think of is Fuller's ESB. There is a pronounced bready aroma and some in the taste as well.
