I am looking around the corny keg market, and I was wondering what is the difference between A) 5 Gallon Ball Lock Kegs, cleaned, pressure checked,
and B) Cornelius Keg, Rebuilt five gallon keg:cleaned, pressure checked, sanitized new gaskets, and poppets? Is there a difference at all?

It sounds like either they're the same thing, described slightly differently by two different sources or it's a single source trying to distinguish ball lock and pinlock varieties.

"sanitized new gaskets, and poppets"

It's unusual for a re-conditioned keg to have new poppets, as they are expensive. I would verify ball vs pin-lock before buying. IMI Cornelius made both types.

new poppets and O rings are are worth about $7 - $9 per keg. Go with ball lock, they are more prevalent.
