Hop Additions

60 min 1 oz Williamette 5.1% AA
45 min .5 oz Tettnang 4.4% AA
45 min 1 oz Tettnang 2.4% AA
20 min 1 oz Fuggles 4.6% AA
10 min .5 oz Williamette 4.5% AA
0 min .5 oz Tettnang 2.4% AA

Just so you know, Brewmasters Warehouse has this as a kit (both AG and extract) under English Pale Ale-Extra Special/Strong Bitter.
 
I made this recipe again a couple months ago(6-8 weeks?), this time following GreenwoodRover's recipe to the T. Sitting here drinking it now. It is a very good beer. If you haven't made it yet, and you like ESB's, do yourself a favor and brew it. You will like it. I'm glad that I do 10 gallon batches, especially when a recipe like this comes along. Thanks again, and RIP GreenwoodRover.
