I was wondering if there is a noticeable difference in the sweetness or general flavor of beer that has been carbonated by krausening compared to using priming sugar or DME. I see different threads on how to do it, but I couldn’t find any solid opinions on the difference it makes to your beer. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Method of priming has almost no effect, nunless you are priming with hershey's kisses or something else crazy.

Krausening is not practical for a homebrewer.

I did it with complete success once, somehow.

NEVER TRY THAT AT HOME.

It was a crappy experimental brew so I figured why not.
