Comments: My first all grain brew, I got about 70% efficiency, not too shabby I guess.

I've been wanting to brew a bigger darker belgian than my last one, with some dark peppery spices, and I was thinking kind of trappist 10 style beer. So I did a little bit of clone recipe looking and other reading and came up with this. The wort was VERY tasty, I greatly look forward to this beer.
 
Indeed, the spices aren't terribly hard to find.
If I were to do this again I would probably do a higher mash temperature and maybe sub the de-bittered black patent with some roasted barley for a touch of warm toasty to it. Possibly 0.25gram more paradise seeds.
Pretty happy with how this came out.
