I have 40lbs of American 2-row waiting in the closet and an empty primary. Can anyone recommend a recipe, I don't know what to do next? I'm thinking of something with a fairly quick turn around time (will be kegging it)

Adjuncts or specialty grains aren't a problem, I live 2 miles from my LHBS.
 
Quick turnaround? Look up EdWort's Bee Cave Haus Pale Ale.

And as a bonus, it's also really, really tasty.
 
I have a pale ale on tap already, granted it's not that great and I'm sure Edworts is better. A Mild does sound good. Haven't make one of them yet...
 
How would the flavor change if I used 2 row instead of the Maris otter and bumped the abv up to around 5% instead of Orfy's 3.6%

Would it still be a mild?
