I brewed Edworts Haus pale ale on Sunday as the snow was winding down we had about 3 inches of new powdery snow..
Guess what this is .

It was about 20* when I started so I wrapped the cooler in foam and put wash bucket over it .

Held 153-4* the whole hour.

Make shift wind blocker works very well as the heat moves up the side of the keg

Nice to not have to make ice just leave the jugs out overnight and use fresh snow.

down to 72 within 10 Minutes water in the wash bin was 37 * I just kept adding snow to it

I tried this for aeration there is no tubing going into the BB
