I am planning a centennial blonde using extra light DME without any specialty grains.

6 lb. extra light DME
10 oz. wheat DME
0.75 oz. centennial (60 mins)
1.25 oz. Amarillo (25 mins)
0.25 oz. centennial (5 mins)
S-05 ale yeast

Will this be too light (BMC light) without any crystal malt? I am thinking about doing a late addition of half the DME when I add the Amarillo to experiment. This late addition may make it lighter than the 4 SRM at which it calculates.
