So I'm still a noob. This is my first batch. They are two 1 gallon glass jugs with airlocks on them. I started them on 11-11-12, just about a week and half. At 4 days they were bubbling a ton and everything was looking great. It is now 11-20-12 only 9 days later the bubbling seems to have almost come to a halt. Do smaller batches take less time? It was my understanding that it takes at least a couple of weeks.

Get a hydrometer. Check both jugs. Then wait another couple days and check again. If they read the same, they are done. No one can tell you they are or aren't from what you are telling us. I would guess they are done, but don't KNOW they are done. Ciders usually ferment very rapidly, but they need time to age. The flavors get better with time.
