What to brew with these hops??

A cream ale is the first thing that comes to mind if you're not set up for doing lagers.
 
Hallertau and Tettnanger. Mmm, I love thems. Both subtle hops. Great for cheap beers.

Hallers and Tetts are good in wheat beers of all sorts. 55% 2-row, 45% wheat, ~1 oz of Hallers or Tetts per 5 gal.

They're actually pretty good substitutes for each other. I try to stock only one or the other to conserve freezer space and because any recipe that calls for either usually calls for them in limited amounts.
 
Hallertauer is used a lot for wheat beers though. It's a not a strong flavor and it's not a very strong ibu. Whatever though, you can put it in whatever you want given the right quantities. ****. I threw some fuggles into my last batch of Hefe and it was one of the best hefes I ever made.

Whatever, do what you want with it.
