Looks pretty good, similar to mine except I use 1.5 lb of Crystal 60 to get the color and 1 oz Cascade for bittering add .5 oz Cascade at 15 and 5. I recently learned I can use less bittering hops without a bag, my last IRA is about as hoppy as an IPA which I am slowly learning to like. I have another recipe I'm going to try that uses a tiny amount of black barley and carafa2 and less Crystal.
