Hello all,

Just looking for any recommendations for a good scale to measure out hops and stuff.

I'm not doing AG yet. Basically gonna use it to weigh hops and dry malt extract. Also, I'm only doing 5 gallon batches.

Nothing fancy. Just looking for a scale that is reliable.

Probably gonna go get this one: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001DQOEIE/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

It's at the store down the street from me and it's only 20 bucks. Besides I really want to start brewing tomorrow!

"Measures up to 6-1/2 pounds or 3kg. in increments of 1/8 ounce or 1 gram."

You can find similar products on eBay for quite a bit less, but this should be fine.

I have that one and it works great. I used one of the trillions of 20% off Bed Bath Beyond coupons I get in the mail. It ended up costing something like $17. I'm super happy with it so far.
