I am currently watching over my brew kettle during boil. About 2 minutes ago a bee landed right in the wort and has seemingly disintegrated. Is this going to ruin my batch? Anyone else have this problem before?

This being HBT. No doubt, some one will want to know what kind of bee flew in.

Had a leaf from one of my walnut trees drop in a boiling batch this fall. Never saw it again. Named the batch "Walnut Leaf Brown". Didn't hurt the batch a bit.

Nice! Some varieties are used for FWH (first wasp hopping) I believe

I found it! Transferring to secondary... Lo and behold! There's the bee lol
