I am thinking about subbing it for two-row in a variation of BM's centennial blonde.
Anybody tried it? What kind of feedback can you provide?

also interested in this, someone must have tried it by now?

any comments on flavor? i guess this is more towards a pilsen malt vs a regular pale ale malt flavor wise?

My triple is only two weeks old, so no idea yet. I used a blend of Best Pils, Can Pils and Heidelburg. The color is a golden straw, i would say about dead on for a triple. Tomorrow I am going to do a orange klosch'ish beer. I am actually going to ferment 5 gallons with the Uibroue yeast and 5 with Klosch. I can report back when I taste the triple and the klosch. Actually might go taste the triple right now :)

Update: I made a couple different batches with the Heidelburg. I like it. It is light like a pilsner, but flavor more in the line of two-row. Made a PtY-ish triple that was super!
