I checked on my fermenting dunkelweizen and the airlock and bung blew off the top. It had been at least 24 hours since I had last checked it and it's been fermenting for three days. Obviously there's some concern here...what are my options?

Clean up and put it back, unless it's still throwing up krausen. In that case, set up a blow-off. I think you'll be okay - sounds like a healthy ferment that should be able to defend itself.

My first wheat beer looked like Mt. St. Helens all over again in my spare shower. Just cleaned up and put it all back together and turned out ok.

Thanks! I'll keep my fingers crossed. I knew I should've switched completely to blow-off tubes a long time ago!
