I was given a few cobalt blue swing-top bottles. I know that green bottles don't filter light sufficiently and run the chance of skunked beer, but that brown glass is good. What about blue glass?

There was an article written by Bradley E. Sturgeon on the effects of UV light and the color of the glass bottle you are using. Here is the link to the article. It includes a graph with some relevant info. In short brown is still the best.
