I recently tried Boulevard's Tank 7, and fell in love. I am tryong to make something similar (although not a clone).

1010 measured original gravity? i hope this is an error!!

Beersmith likes to give wonky "measured" numbers for gravity readings and volumes when you create a recipe. The OP is asking for a recipe critique, it's quite clear that the beer hasn't been brewed yet...

As for the recipe: take anything I have to say with several grains of salt, since I A) have never had a Saison (credit that to living in China) B) have never had Tank 7 and C) have never made a Saison.

That said, there's a Tank 7 clone recipe here and it's a little over 30% wheat, and even that is wheatier than most Saison recipes. Yours is over 80% wheat. I'm not one of those well-informed or experienced brewers who can tell you what that'll do to your beer, but it's likely to turn out vastly different from the Tank 7 you're trying to approximate.

Also, why the dash of flaked corn? That seems like more of a light lager ingredient than Saison material. What are you trying to accomplish with it?
