I brewed this up last recently and will need to again soon. It was a hit and the bottles have disappeared rapidly.

10lbs domestic 2 row
1.5 lbs biscuit
0.5 lbs carapils
2 lbs Raw Agave Extract

2oz Cascade
2oz Chinook

Saf American Ale yeast

Mash in @ 152° for 60min
Sparge to make 6gallons

2oz of Cascade for 60minutes
1oz chinook for 30min
1oz chinook for 2 min

1 week primary
2 weeks secondary

Might want to try added a bit of Caramel 20 and a couple more weeks in the secondary.
 
what kind of flavor did the agave give the brew? I was thinking about adding that to a cream ale to check that out and would very some insight.
