My wife has decided it'd be a great idea to brew a special Christmas beer as a present to our family. I can't argue with the chance to try a new brew! Any AG recipes out there that's been proven. Looking for something that even the non craft brew drinker would like. Maybe something with a good cinnamon spice. Hoping to brew in the next few weeks and have everything bottled and ready to taste by Christmas.

Thanks for the help!
