Anybody else around here puffing on vapors?

I picked up a nicstick kit a few days ago and love it so far, haven't had or wanted a real smoke since..

Just wondering if anybody else has tried this or another brand and what your thoughts are, especially regarding prolonged use.

TIA :D

My girlfriend and I both use KGO ecigs. We love them. So many different flavors. It also helps that I have a friend that runs an ecig business. Check our hoosierecigsupply.com He has some of the best deals on the net.

Thanks man, I will check them out. :mug:

Those friends and family members I know who have tried the ecig are back to smoking. They enjoy it for a while, mainly the novelty of being able to "smoke" in more venues unmolested, but they didnt seem to satiate their cravings long-term. I've even seen some people smoke an ecig and then buy a pack of smokes 5 minutes later saying "I'm an idiot" all the while.

I used lozenges for far too long, but in those 3 years I wasnt smoking, and when I decided to quit them I was able to do so with only about 72 hours of serious withdrawal symptoms. Since I smoked sheesha more often than cigarettes, I didnt have the same hand to mouth habits, but I found chewing on a chopstick to be soothing nonetheless.

Of course, everyone is different and YMMV (hell, my grandfather quit by knitting potholders and swearing them off). I just worry that ecigs could be an expensive fad.

I tried the small 'cigarette like' e-cigs while trying to quit the real thing but found them weak with a short battery life. I tried a bunch of different brands/types of e-cigs before biting the bullet & purchasing a Reo Grand - the Cadillac of e-cigs. A Reo with good juice kept me from smoking - my last real cig was 3/10. I gave up the e-cig last May. Worked for me.

Funny you should mention the chopstick thing, my Dad and his brother both quit by chewing on toothpicks. I've never tried lozenges but did try the gum and didn't like it, also tried patches once to no avail. Supposedly most of the commercially available eCigs are terrible and don't work. The nicstick was recommended to me and is a quality product, I was just wondering what else was out there and what others had tried. Anyway, 18 days in now and I still don't want or need a cigaret.. so far so good.

Looks pretty sweet, thanks!

The "burn" of the lozenges really made me feel a lot better. I could feel the nic releasing a little at a time into my system, and when the cravings were highest (in times of stress) I could double up on them. The gum I found to be pretty much useless.
