Italian beer scene

Going to Rome, Florence and Venice for a while.
Any suggestions for beer bars?

www.basicbrewing.com had a podcast with an italian home or craft brewer, I don't remember any of the details, but you might give it a listen.

Back from Italy. Their beer scene is awesome. Tons of local brews, belgians and german brews everywhere. If you go to Rome Stay in the Trastevere area and go to Bir E Fud and across the alley go to Ma che Siete Venuti a Fa' Link They are rated the worlds best beer bar apparently.

Both are awesome and will allow you taste everything they have on tap for free.. multiple times. I stayed drunk and had a blast there in the evenings.
