So here is what I have so far.

3.5lbs Amber LME
3.0lbs Munich LME

1lb Crystal 60
.5lb Crystal 40
1lb Carapils


1oz Cascade @ boil
.5oz Fuggle @ 30min
.25oz Fuggle @ 15 min

Will be using a little Irish Moss and Nottingham for yeast.

So tell me what you think I was thinking maybe some more hops but not sure what.
 
my only thoughts would be that's a lot of crystal/caramel/dextrine malts. But that's probably b/c I'm tasting a lot of that in my pale ales right now. Hops could always go up but I think you'd be okay with sort of a lightish malty beer with that recipe.
 
Well I am ordering 1 oz of Fuggle when I order I may add an additional .25oz @ 15 min. I was also thinking about getting rid of the Carapils or at least cutting it back to half pound.
