Looking for some sugestions for some warm weather (ie: 70-75* fermentation temps, and light body for swilling in the sun).

Got a couple Hefe-Wisens, wouldn't mind another.

Only doing extract brews with specialty grains right now. All grain on the way soon.

Thanks,

brew heavy/dark beers. any flavors potentially produced by the high temps will likely be hidden, plus, if you want a heavy/dark been ready to drink in the cold winter months, you should brew it soon anyway.

also, a belgian wit would be good.

Browns & Milds using Nottingham, Safale04, 56. Keep the OG in the 1.040-1.045 range

Wasn't really thinking that the dark beer would hide the esters. But I like how they come out with the colder fermenting/conditioning. That and my darker beers tend to be a bit heavy (and potent) for drinking all day. Suppose I could adjust for a lighter beer.

I think I want to try some lighter beers.
