Got home from work and had a peek...red wine primary was leaking from the bottom! Had to dump it fast into another one. Then I went into my crawlspace to check my last beer that I bottled. Bottles were LESS firm than when I bottled. Wtf. Opened on up...BLECH...infection I think. Got suspicious so went to check a current batch...popped the lid...infected. Now I'm off to clean all my gear :(

Already there man. Upon reading it was definitely acetobactum. Very strong vinegar taste. Curses!

Last infection I had was a gusher in a 4-year old barley wine. The entire keg! Bites.

Had my first bad batch not too long ago. Beer sat in primary WAY too long. Didn't notice any autolysis, but obviously sour.

Thing is... beer wasn't half-bad! Kegged it, and now I've got an "unintentionally-sour brown ale."
