You can go to www.4pcb.com and download theirs (I've never used it). PCB Artist. Express PCB has their own (again, not used). I think there is a free version of Eagle schematic capture (not used that either). I use Orcad Schematic Capture, but that costs $$. If you are doing simple simple brewing stuff, Visio would work fine.
