Hi,
Just filled the primary with American Wheat (1010),
based on the Briess site recipe, http://www.briess.com/homebrew/recipes.shtml,
called Wichita Wheat, but with Wyeast 1010 (liq.) for the yeast.

* 6.6 lbs. Briess CBW Bavarian Wheat liquid malt extract
* 0.5 oz. Perle hops (Boiling time: 60 minutes)
* 0.2 oz. Saaz hops (Boiling time: 5 minutes)
Wyeast 1010 (liq.)

OK,
Bottled the american wheat 1010; a little tart (or sour) I thought --
guess I'll have to wait to see how it works out (especially
with the experiment of priming with table sugar 110 gr = 3.9 oz).
Plan on buying some Widmer Bros. to see what this should (?)
taste like. :mug:
