OK, I have some (old) ingredients that I am going to use tonight, but don't know exactly/approximately what style of beer this is going to turn out to be, anyone know what I am about to make or should call this mess?

4 lbs LME Light
1 lbs Brewers Malt 2-Row
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt
4.0 oz Chocolate Malt
1.0 oz Black (Patent) Malt

1 oz Northern Brewer 60 Min
0.5 oz Fuggles 15 Min

I am going to rack on top of (1/2) a 3944 Belgian Witbier yeast cake. I also have about 0.5 OZ of Saaz too that could be used :D.

Basically these were some ingredients I bought during my switch to all grain and I never used. The hops are fresher than the grains and the LME.

Have I invented a new style here? Thinking about adding some honey or brown sugar to up the OG.

I would say ferment that warm and get fruit out of the yeast.
Maybe dry hop with the Saaz?
