I've been playing with the idea of using the PWM controller I already designed to run a electric brew pot and this is what I came up with so far.

Input is a terminal strip that a 3 wire dryer cord connects to
40A-1 & 40A-2 are two poles of a 220V circuit breaker
The circuit breaker is also the main power on/off switch
The pilot light is a 220V neon light
The power supply is a 12 VDC supply we already ship with our stir plates
The PWM controller is one I already designed
The Heat Full On switch just bypasses the PWM signal to turn the elements 100% on
The disable switched let me turn either element off in case I only want to use one
The Element on lights are 12VDC indicator lights
The element outlets are 30A in case I want to upgrade later.

Any comments? Corrections?

I just realized the element on lights are wired wrong in the schematic - I'll correct them.
