Just bottled my second batch, 1 gallon of Extra Pale Ale for Mr. Z. Tastes just like a BBC (local brewery), as the guy at LHBS said it would.
I'm so glad I also got 5 gallon equipment; 8 or 9 bottles don't last very long!
Even better, my two corny kegs and kegerator set up should be delivered today and I've got beer waiting to be kegged
