What is the largest bottle that I could use? I'd like to bottle into some growlers or larger swing tops.

You can essentially bottle in any size or type of vessel you like as long as it can withstand the pressure of carbonation.

Note: there is a difference between bottling an already carbonated product vs carbonating in a bottle.

Right. I meant bottle carbonating. My concern is that most if the growlers I've seen say not to use them for that purpose.

You can use any size bottle that will hold the pressure.

How about Jeroboams; probably need about 6 for a batch.

Rehoboam, Methuselah, Salmanazar, Balthazar.

You would only need one Nebuchadnezzar, and a few small bottles.

A lot of the growlers are not made to take the high pressure of carbonation.
