I brewed this Red Tail amber ale clone Saturday and this is it on Monday. Yeast is WLP060 and OG was 1.056.
The temp was getting a little higher than I wanted (74*) so I cooled it down a bit after I shot this video and now it's going at 70*-72* which is right in the optimum temperature range for this yeast.
