It was an IIPA, with an OG of 1.088. I pitched a 2000ml starter on each, my garage echoes with the thumping of the blowoff jug.

Just use 2 blow off jugs. I use 1/2 gallon vodka jugs.

Also, you'd be better off using something that didn't have such a narrow opening. I use a small bucket with sanitizer.

I will next time for sure. The foaming of star san didn't help my cause either.
